Location avec piscine en famille Ă 1 km de la plage
Belle maison avec piscine et jardin, beaux espaces intérieurs pour une famille de 4. Mais le lit deux places n'est pas confortable et la climatisation ne fonctionne que par courtes durées, ce qui perturbe les nuits.

Menorca wunderschön - Villa Calitja aber nicht zu empfehlen
Das Objekt an sich ist in Ordnung, ein einfaches, einseitig angebautes Appartement mit nettem Veranda-Pool-Gartenbereich. Die Lage hingegen ist ein Problem: Stark befahrene Strasse direkt auf der Schlafzimmerseite stört den Schlaf und rauscht fast stĂ€ndig. Einige Teile der Wohnung brĂ€uchten dringend Investitionen - so ist z.B. die TĂŒre gegen die Veranda mehrfach kaputt und kann nur mit den SchutzlĂ€den gesichert werden, der KĂŒhlschrank ist sehr unpraktisch gesetzt und war innen stĂ€ndig voller Tauwasser. Sehr enger Parkplatz direkt zur Strasse hin ist mĂŒhsam und nicht ungefĂ€hrlich fĂŒr die Ein- und Ausfahrt (keine Sicht). Das Nachbarhotel gegenĂŒber der Strasse stört mit hĂ€mmernden BĂ€ssen zu irgendwelchen Animationen in den Abendstunden. Der Pool ist nicht beheizt und ab Ende September kaum mehr brauchbar, weil zu kalt. Agni Travel als Betreiber hat jeweils prompt per Mail reagiert, die versprochenen Hilfe kam aber nur teilweise (so wurde z.B. eine TĂŒrreparation versprochen, aber nichts ist passiert). Man merkt, dass Agni Travel als Betreiberin sehr weit vom Kunden ist und die Angestellten vor Ort schlecht koordiniert. Auch das Putzpersonal kam unangemeldet zur Aufnahme der beanstandeten MĂ€ngel, der versprochene WĂ€schewechsel erfolgte dann aber nicht. Zum GlĂŒck gibt es eine Waschmaschine im Haus, wir haben sie fast tĂ€glich genutzt. Zweimal kam ein unbekannter Mann, wortlos, der sich nachtrĂ€glich als Besitzer herausgestellt hat, fĂŒr kleine Arbeiten ums Haus und beim Pool. Beim zweiten Mal begann mit dem MotormĂ€her zu lĂ€rmen, direkt vor unserer Nase, wĂ€hrend dem Morgenessen! Die PrivatsphĂ€re ist hier nicht gewĂ€hrleistet. Das nĂ€chste Mal lieber wieder Airbnb o.Ă. von privaten Betreibern. Wir hatten trotzdem einen tollen Aufenthalt, weil wir tĂ€glich die fantastischen StrĂ€nde und die tolle Insel erkundet haben. Tipp. Reiten auf der Westseite bei Cavall son Angell!

Maison trÚs agréable avec superbe piscine, coin barbecue et transat et proche des commerces.

Buena Villa, pero en zona ruidosa
La villa es maravillosa porque es cĂłmoda y estĂĄ bien equipada pero tiene dos fuentes de ruidos muy importantes: el alto trĂĄfico que tiene en la calle donde se encuentra y el jardĂn de la casa vecina, donde hubo huĂ©spedes que generaron ruidos casi todas las noches. Al no tener aire acondicionado, es calurosa pero debes decidir entre abrir las ventanas y dormir con ruidos constantes o pasar calor. Creo que la instalaciĂłn de aire acondicionado solucionarĂa perfectamente el problema.
