2-bedroom chalet located in the centre of the Cala Blanca urbanisation situated in a cul-de-sac a few metres from bars and restaurants, ideal for accommodating 4 people. It consists of 2 double bedrooms with air conditioning, one with a double bed and the other with 2 beds, and they share a bathroom with a shower.
The villa has a living room with TV with digital channels, dining room with kitchen with American bar. The kitchen with fridge, electric oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and all kitchen utensils.

Petite maisonnette tres fonctionnelle et idéalement située. On trouve tout à proximité (boulangerie, petit supermarché, restaurants).

Property is well located, near to Cala Blanca beach and to restaurants and shopping. And near to Cuitadella.
The outsides are nice (terrace, pool and barbecue). Inside could be refreshed easily but is clean and we found all we needed.
