Amazing house

Amazing house to go with family or group of friends. Very nicely located, 5min drive from Ciutadella. Fernando was a great host and was always available to help

Maison très agréable, nous avons beaucoup apprécié le jardin et la grande piscine. Fernando est quelqu’un de très accueillant et discret en ce qui concerne le nettoyage de la piscine. Le seul bémol a été la clim la maison n’en dispose pas et il faisait très chaud dans certaines chambre malgré le ventilateur. Mais la maison reste génial on a passé un très bon séjour.

Son Ferradura - una hermosa casa!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen, super-sauberen und sehr ruhig gelegenen typisch menorquinischen Traumhaus sehr genossen! Man spürt an vielen Details, dass dieses Anwesen mit sehr viel Liebe gestaltet und eingerichtet wurde und fühlt sich dadurch sofort sehr zuhause. Zum Erledigen von alltäglichen Einkäufen findet man 6 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt im Polígon de Ciutadella u.a. sowohl Mercadona und Eroski, als auch Aldi und Lidl. Ebenfalls nur ca. 6 Minuten braucht man bis zu einem Parkplatz oberhalb des historischen Zentrums von Ciutadella - ein guter Ausgangspunkt für eine Erkundung dieser schönen Hafenstadt. Zurück im Haus genießt man direkt wieder die Ruhe und den Blick über die Felder und/oder eine Erfrischung im fast 70qm großen, ebenfalls wie das Haus top-gepflegten Pool. Der Kontakt zu Fernando und seiner Frau war sehr herzlich und sehr angenehm, wir waren auch dankbar für einige 'Insider Tips' und die Nachfragen zwischendurch, ob alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit ist. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt - vielen herzlichen Dank! Wir sind glücklich, mit diesem tollen Haus eine der schönsten Unterkünfte auf dieser hübschen Insel gefunden zu haben und kommen sehr gerne wieder.
