Holiday house with sea view and sun terrace, 4 km to beach

House in Liguria (Italian Riviera) with sun terrace and sea view. This tranquil house – in typical ancient style with cross and barrel vaults – has been completely restored in 2021 and has approx. 60 m² ground area. The ground floor contains a living room/ kitchen (dining area, fitted kitchen) and bathroom. Above it is the first living/bedroom with two single beds, chest of drawers and seating corner. The second living/bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, seating corner and TV (German). From the verdant roof terrace you have a splendid view of the whole village and the sea. The next beach town is only 4 km away from Cipressa (Cipressa lies between Imperia and San Remo). In Cipressa itself there is one grocery shop, two very good restaurants and a bar with foreign cooking. Hiking in the nearby mountain villages and excursions to the lake Alps in the surrounding area (mountain hiking paths) are available. *** Fantastic terrace property

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la magnifique demeure d'Andréas, une maison en pierre sur 3 étages à l'italienne avec une jolie terrasse tout en haut. Très calme très propre. Charmant petit village avec une belle adresse la buona Vita. On est vite dépaysé comme personne ne parle quasiment le français mais c'est ça qui fait aussi son charme !! De très bons souvenirs.

Als Erstes: die Kommunikation mit Gastgeber sehr gut.Wohnung sehr sauber mit tollem Blick von der Dachterrasse auf Cipressa und das Mittelmeer..Das Haus mit ligurischen Charme gebaut was ich toll finde.In der Ferienwohnung die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet.Der Ort liegt sehr günstig für verschiedene Ausflüge. Nicht weit nach Sanremo, Imperia, Dolceaqua aber auch in malerische Dörfer in ligurischen Bergen.Gerne mal wieder.Alles Gute für nette Gastgeber.

Toller Aufenthalt mit viel Treppentraining in liebevoll eingerichtetem schmalen Häuschen.Es hat alles, was man in zwei Wochen braucht mit genialer Aussicht aufs Meer.Tolle Gegend für Wanderungen, Radtraining und Schlemmen. Hervorragender Urlaub in der Casa Rosa

Das Objekt und der Ort waren genau wie beschrieben. Wir haben uns superwohl gefühlt, insbesondere die überdachte Dachterasse ist ein echtes Highlight. Man kann immer schön im Schatten sitzen und es ist auch bei großer Hitze sehr angenehm, da fas immer eine frische Brise weht. Auch die dicken Mauern des Hauses bewirken ein angenehmes Raumklima. Am Haus gibt es nichts zu meckern. Alles sehr auber und wenn man sich an die Treppen gewöhnt hat ist das auch kein Problem. Imperia und San Remo sind in Reichweite für Tagesausflüge oder auch Menton (Frankreich) und Monaco. Cipressa selbst ist sehr urig und es macht Spaß im Buona Vita zu essen oder noch einen Absacker zu nehmen. Am Strand ist man in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto in Santa Stefano al Mare. Das einzige kleine Manko ist zeitweise die Parkplatzsituation in Cipressa. Wenn dort eine Veranstaltung ist, kann es sehr schwierig sein einen Parkplatz zu finden.

liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit bombastischer Meersicht

Alles war super-super gut! Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll restauriert und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles ist von sehr guter Qualität, ruhig und die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos. Das Top-on-the-Top ist natürlich die Dachterrasse mit bombastischer Meersicht - besser geht nicht! Einziger Wermutstropfen: die Treppen von Etage zu Etage wurden von uns trotz Hinweis in der Ausschreibung unterschätzt. Wir leiden beide gelegentlich unter Schwindel, der durch die steilen Treppen mit unregelmässigen Stufen verstärkt wurde, was wir nicht erwartet haben. Mit grosser Vorsicht konnten wir die Ferienwoche jedoch unfallfrei geniessen!

Charmante petite maison tout en hauteur

Très jolie petite maison, aménagée avec goût, propre. 1 pièce par étage avec en bouquet final une terrasse avec une vue splendide. Il est vrai que les escaliers sont raides et étroits, mais on s'y fait 🙂 fitness garanti... Cipressa est magnifique et pittoresque. Très beau village tranquille. Propriétaire soucieux de notre bien-être. Nous avons passé un très beau séjour.

Altes Stadthaus mit fantastischem Ausblick

Das Stadthaus ist sauber, freundlich und praktisch ausgestattet, die enge Gasse und die steilen Treppen (auch im Haus) gehören in einem Bergdorf einfach dazu. Highlight ist die wunderbare Dachterrasse, von der man einen fantastischen Ausblick auf das Meer und die Umgebung genießen kann. Sogar bei weniger gutem Wetter ließ es sich (dank Seitenmauer und kl. Schutzdach) dort sehr gut aushalten.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Das Ferienhaus ist ein typisch ligurisches Steinhaus und liegt mitten in Cipressa. Die Beschreibung des Objekts ist sehr detailgenau und gibt die Gesamtumstände sehr gut wieder. Der Vermieter war immer erreichbar, sowohl im Vorfeld des Urlaubs, als auch bei Fragen während unseres Aufenthaltes. Einziger Minuspunkt, für den aber weder das Haus noch der Vermieter etwas kann: Cipressa hat leider keinen typisch dörflichen Charakter mehr. Statt einer italienischen Bar, so wie man sie kennt, sitzt man in der Lokalität am Dorfplatz zwar sehr hübsch, aber ausgestattet mit einer umfangreichen Cocktailkarte. Die beiden örtlichen Restaurants sind geschmacklich hervorragend, aber es fehlt eine einfache Trattoria oder ähnliches.

Traumhafter Ausblick nach steilem Aufstieg

Casa Rosa ist ein liebevoll renoviertes, uraltes Haus, ganz typisch für ligurische Dörfer. Jedes Stockwerk besteht aus einem einzigen Raum, und man muss extrem steile, unregelmäßige Treppen steigen, um in die einzelnen Stockwerke zu gelangen. Nichts für Menschen mit Knieproblemen. Wir haben uns aber nach ein paar Tagen daran gewöhnt. Das Haus ist ruhig, wir haben prima geschlafen, und ich war erstaunt, dass so ein altes Gemäuer weder feucht ist, noch viele Stechmücken beherbergt. Jeder Raum ist mit liebevollen Details wie Geckos oder interessanten Posters oder Gemälden ausgestattet, und die Terrasse bietet einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf Cipressa und das Mittelmeer. Einen Parkplatz zu finden, war nicht immer einfach. Alles in allem ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Traumhafte Lage

Wir fanden ein ausnehmend geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus vor. Besonders schön ist es, dass es eine Vielzahl von guten Büchern gibt und auch eine große Anzahl an DVD´s (die wir gar nicht brauchten), um sich die Zeit zu vertreiben. Das Highlight ist natürlich die Dachterrasse, die auch wieder eine Pergola hat. Dort haben wir uns fast immer aufgehalten, wenngleich die Einsehbarkeit durch die Nachbarn nicht zum FKK-Sonnenbaden einladen. Die Beschreibung durch den Vermieter ist durchaus realistisch und seine Angaben zu den Treppen (wurde in einer Bewertung m.E. zu Unrecht angemahnt) sind klar. Im Übrigen sind die Treppen zwar steil und schmal, aber durchaus zu bewältigen. Warum nicht die volle Punktzahl? Es gibt einen leichten Wehrmutstropfen. Das Haus scheint ein massives Feuchtigkeitsproblem zu haben. Gerade im Erdgeschoss war trotz durchgängig geöffneter Fenster im ganzen Haus, ein muffiger stechender Geruch nicht herauszubekommen. Auch sind die Wände z.T. leicht gräulich verfärbt, was auf beginnenden Schimmel schließen lassen könnte. Zudem ist durch die Feuchtigkeit der Putz in fast handtellergroßen Stücken von der Wand gekommen. Wir können das Haus trotzdem unumwunden weiterempfehlen.

Der Preis ist nicht gerechtfertigt

Die Dachterrasse mit ihrem wunderbaren Ausblick war leider das einzige in dieser Wohnung, wovon wir (mein Lebensgefährte und ich) begeistert waren. Ansonsten muss ich leider sagen, dass wir für knapp 600 Euro für eine Woche in der Nebensaison mehr erwartet haben. Das ganze Haus roch modrig. Das Schlafzimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer, welches nebenbei bemerkt auch recht dunkel ist. In jedem Stockwerk befindet sich ein Zimmer des Hauses, das sehr schmal ist. Im EG das Bad/WC und ein Ein-Bett-Zimmer (beides ohne Fenster), im 1. Stock das Schlafzimmer, im 2. Stock die gut ausgestattete Küche und darüber die Dachterrasse. Insgesamt sind es 36 Stufen. Soweit so gut, doch die Stufen sind alle unterschiedlich hoch und die Trittflächen teilweise so schmal, dass man die Füße nur seitlich setzen kann. Tagsüber bzw. bei guter Beleuchtung irgendwie machbar, allerdings wird es zum gefährlichen Unterfangen, wenn man nachts zur Toilette muss. Sturzgefahr. In der Küche haben wir in sämtlichem Geschirr Silberfischchen vorgefunden. Die Lage des Häuschens ist toll, Cipressa ein zauberhafter Ort mit einem kleinen Lebensmittelgeschäft, 2 empfehlenswerten Gastronomien, einem Tabak- und Zeitungsladen und einer Apotheke im Ortskern. Von Cipressa aus kann man schöne Spaziergänge machen und sämtliche Strände und sehenswerte Städte in kurzer Zeit mit dem Auto erreichen. Somit ist unserer Ansicht nach die Lage der Ferienwohnung sehr empfehlenswert, nicht aber die Wohnung an sich, jedenfalls nicht zu diesem Preis.

Man erhält, was versprochen wird!!!

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in diesem alten italienischen Haus sehr genossen. Was der Mieter verspricht, erhält man auch wirklich. Buchung und Check-In verliefen sehr unkompliziert. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter funktionierte schnell und angenehm. Für unseren Geschmack war alles vorhanden zum selber Kochen, gute Betten, die Dachterrasse bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt. Das Highlight war das Frühstück und Abendessen auf der Dachterrasse mit Ausblick aufs Meer, fantastisch! Wir haben tolle Tips für sehr leckeres Essen. Kurz und bündig, es hat uns sehr gefallen und wir werden bestimmt wieder mal nach Cipressa fahren!!!
