The property was in a convenient location but the place needs a makeover and the staff at the shops need replacing. They were rude, grumpy and couldn’t care less. The tipping system was supposed to drive better service and I can tell you it is mostly not happening. Very disappointed in the food quality, taste and service and it was not only at this property.

Værelset var hvad det lovede og beliggenheden er god når man skal gå en tur i Charyn. Dog var 2 ud af 3 ruter til vores skuffelse lukket, selvom man til overpris kunne få en guidet tur til en af dem.
