We arrived in the early hours of the morning and Anna attended to us. She was all smiles, friendly and very welcoming! This was so nice especially when we just got off a flight and was exhausted. We also had a free upgrade of rooms which were a pleasant surprise and the rooms did not disappoint. It was nice, big and very clean. Made resting so much better when it was a good environment. Rooms were cleaned everyday and amenities replenished daily. Staff was friendly and helpful! Hotel was also in a super convenient place and we could walk to most places. The subway was also a short walk away! Overall was a super good stay and will return to stay here for subsequent Chongqing trips!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. One of the biggest highlights is its unbeatable location—just a short walk to Jiefangbei, which made exploring the area incredibly convenient. Whether I wanted to shop, grab a bite to eat, or check out local attractions, everything was right at my doorstep. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth and efficient. My room had a great city view and was well-maintained throughout my stay. If you’re visiting Chongqing and want to stay close to the heart of the action, this is an excellent choice. Highly recommend for both leisure and business travelers!

The best hotel I've stayed in a long while. Price is pretty reasonable given it's off peak. Rooms are well appointed, and the hotel has all the expected facilities. What impressed me is the genuine serviced offered by the staff, especially the housekeeper on our floor and the concierge who helped with our troublesome taobao.

Hotel is in a central location walkable to attractions, night market, shopping and restaurants. The top floor of the hotel has an amazing view of the city, especially at nighttime. Breakfast had variety of selections in western and Chinese styles. The weekend seafood dinner buffet was wonderful. We had a great time in Chongqing!

Had a wonderful time here. Most impressive was the overall staff which were quick to help us with our problems. I felt that they were all courteous and helpful. Our cleaning lady on the 35th floor, Angel Yang, went out of her way to check in with us when we bump into her in the hallway. Definitely would stay here again.

Happy to stay here again!

Nice hotel, room is clean, comfortable, very very generous with mirrors in the room, so convenient to check ourselves or for make up. Good location with traditional shops and nice shopping malls nearby, and Jiangfenbei and metro station. And apparently the location of hotel turns out quiet at night as I had a good night sleep. Highly recommended to stay here.

Service staffs, concierge Bert Zhu was very helpful and thoughtful, arrange local tour and shared lots of useful tips. Restaurant staff Adrian Pang was careful on utensils cleanliness and ensuring customer got the best value from buffet. As we are not able to eat seafood.
