大堂接待員有禮，但不斷遊說我升級房間，聲稱我2個人入住，大床房張床會窄。如果張床窄，點解酒店唔從新購入適合雙人床，而唔係不段叫客人俾錢升級，雙人床唔夠雙人睡的話，唔好叫雙人床房間，叫返做單人床吧。另外，我間房位於員工房隔離，酒店員工24 小時不停進出，又唔理會關門時的燥音，另到我們都睡得非常差。
