With a private entrance and kitchenette, this lovely place is perfect for the traveling professional - medical professionals especially, as Enloe is an easy 5 minute walk down a lovely tree lined street. Minutes away from downtown dining & shopping, this lovingly renovated home features custom finishes and fine furnishings.

I live in town and am available by phone or text - so don’t hesitate to let me know if you need anything at all!

Our home is conveniently located on a mellow downtown residential street, with ample shaded street parking. Freeway access, shopping, Bidwell park, and CSU Chico are all within a five minute drive (or less!) and the tree-lined streets of the neighborhood are ideal for an afternoon stroll. This studio serves as the perfect home-base while you explore all that Chico has to offer.

The studio is your own private space. Ample street parking and keyless entry make things simple and convenient.
