We were visiting Chico State and it was a perfect stay. Walking distance to campus and all restaurants an shops. Clean and comfy. Will book again when visiting.

Great stay close to campus
This place has everything you need. It was very clean and within walking distance to the campus. We loved the benefit of the garage and it fit our suburban just fine. Cute, cozy and clean. We will definitely stay here again when we come to visit our daughter at college.

Great all around!!
Excellent! This studio is basically a large hotel room with a couch and a kitchenette. Oh, and your own private garage. Located next to CSU Chico and a couple blocks from downtown. All the furnishings were clean and comfortable with quite possibly the softest towels we've ever found away from home. Good communication with the owner, quiet neighborhood, good security. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect Little Spot in a Beautiful Neighborhood
My daughter and I stayed for one night. This property was just what we needed for a quick trip to tour Chico State. Everything was easy, studio was pretty and clean, bed was comfy. Location was excellent for walking to campus and into town. Property owner was kind and helpful. If my daughter chooses Chico, my husband and I will definitely stay here when we visit our girl. Thank you!
