My husband and I stayed here for a birthday staycation and it was the best decision. The room was immaculate, the food at Alto was some of the best we’ve had, and the service was top tier! Tangela (whom checked us in) and Anastasia (whom checked us out) were some of the most polite and professional women I’ve encountered in a long time! We are already planning another visit here!

The room was very nice. However. Our first night n we got food poisoning from the hotel restaurant shuck it. I informed staff and had to speak to several staff and managers and received no compensation and had my time and little I had left after being sick, wasted. The staff should have immediately made sure we were taken care of instead of making me talk in circles to mangers and staff.

I never checked in because when I was checking in at the front desk, I was told there was an incidental charge of $100 that I was unaware of and I didn’t have that on my card so I was never able to check in!
