Pretty clean room and pretty clean overall. Breakfast was good and the room was quiet. Plenty of parking and the air/heat worked good. Fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and ironing board in the room. The bed was super comfy. Our room didn’t have a remote and we were given the wrong internet password. But good overall! We’ve stayed here before and will be back again.

The room we originally got had a broken sofa bed. They switched us to a different room the keys didnt work for. Went back to the desk and they gave us another room. Got in the room and pull out bed had not sheets or blankets. Back to the desk again. They then told me they didnt have any blankets. Room next door was blaring music. Horrible stat

Our King Room was very spacious, clean and comfortable! Quiet atmosphere! The hotel is located at the end of a road. No thru traffic and safe! Staff was friendly.

This location had no towles and I mean none, had to use the swimming pool towels. The coffee machine was out and/or didn't work. The couch in the suite has dirty and had lots of stains, the shampoo and the soap in the bathroom were out. It was a terrible place.

I was not informed that rooms at Holiday Inn Express are only cleaned every two days of your stay. This was a rude surprise for me. Front desk should have informed me of this policy at check in.

It was noises during the night when I was sleeping and a lot bumping noise. This morning, I went to the Fitness Center, and a lady let her three kids into the Fitness Center The kids were on the machines and an unsafe environment. At 9:35am, the oldest kid was on the treadmill and slipped off the treadmill and hurt his knee. The kids were in the way and did not make my workout pleasant at all. I would suggest that you take a look at video camera from 9:30 -9:40 to see the kid fall off the treadmill. Also, what is the policy with kids being in the Fitness Center? This was unsafe and lot of risk and potential negligence. I will calling the corporate office to report the unsafe incident and requesting my refund.
