お湯が出れば、、、

スタッフも感じが良い。 朝食も屋上で早朝は涼しく眺めはまあまあ。 スクランブルエッグを作ってくれて味もまずまず この値段でクオリティが高い 3階に中庭みたいなプールがあり椅子があるのでビール飲んだりするのには良いです。 お湯が出ないのが困りました。 寝起きにはちょっとキツかったですが 他は満足です。

rundum super - prima Lage, zwischen Fluss und altem Stadtzentrum. 5 min zum Nachtmarkt. Sehr freundliches Personal (Empfang, Reinigung, Frühstück) sehr gute und gut englisch sprechende Touristinformation im Haus, war sehr hilfreich. Zimmer war sauber, hell, (5th floor)

Muy buen hotel

Un gran sitio para hospedarse con un night market justo al lado. Contraté una habitación con balcón para poder fumar, pero en el alojamiento nos dijeron que estaba prohibido, así que tras pasar la prikers noche y ver la cantidad de ruído que había en la calle y sin poder usar el balcón, les pedimos que nos cambiaran de habitación a una interior cuando se pudiera, y nos concedieron al día siguiente una que quedó disponible. Fue un trato estupendo por parte de todo el equipo, así como de las dos señoras que llevan el cátering del almuerzo; son majísimas, y hay gran variedad para elegir lo que más os guste. Si tuviera que hospedarme de nuevo en Chiang Mai, elegiría este hotel otra vez.

真的是非常糟糕的飯店

第一天入住的房間真的很髒，感覺很久沒人住都沒打掃的感覺，而且還遇到洗澡沒熱水跟飯店人員說，他還態度非常差堅持不讓我們換房間，他還說你如果不開心你可以現在就退房出去，而且還不退錢給我們，房間整個非常昏暗，床單都髒髒舊舊的，而且床都是壞掉的，一坐下去整個床都是陷下去的，而且一睡我整個皮膚都過敏了，住了一天就超想換飯店了，真的非常不推薦這間飯店，下次絕對不會再來了

Great customer service by Tan. Great location , on a busy road with easy access to Night Market.4-5 minute walk to Night Market, and probably 7-8 minutes walk to Old Town. Felt quite safe walking around. Found Toilet in my room was blocked after check in, and the staff member tried to fix it and then finally upgraded my room. Will stay there again.

Disappointing!

This was nothing like it looked on the website, I was very disappointed!! Room was supposedly a deluxe with city views... what I got was a tired, grubby, unclean tiny room with a view of a car park wall, ripped towels, no hot water and a very strange smell. I questioned the staff and was told this was delux. I found them abrupt and unhelpful. The only good things going was that it was quite cheap, I guess this is why!

Stayed here for three nights. On the first night, i went to take a shower and found out my room had zero hot water. They switched me to another room that instead did not have an air conditioner that worked well. Breakfast was sub-par. One morning after eating breakfast on the third floor, I went to take the elevator but the doors would not close, so I took the stairs instead. The staircase was so slippery that I fell and twisted my ankle. When I let the front desk know, they seemed to not understand what had happened. On the last night, I asked if I could have a cab waiting early in the morning to take me to the airport. As I went to check out, I noticed no one had even called for a cab and they ended up being 20 minutes later to pick me up that I asked.

El hotel es súper bueno , limpio , habitaciones y baños ok , la ubicación buena (a 15-20 min caminando del los templos más importantes y a 5 min del night market) Nos gusto mucho el hotel , lo único que faltó era una piscina de mejor tamaño ya que la que tiene es muy pequeña
