Everything was perfect. The staff is very friendly, helpful and engaging. The breakfast was amazing. The room was comfortable. Definitely, exceeded my expectations.

Food, drinks, pool rooms and overall atmosphere were simply the best. The location is great. The staff was outstanding. Most of all the hotel Director was always on site and attentive to every detail.

This hotel was beyond our expectations. From the welcome every time we stepped into the property to the moment we left, the staff was very hospitable and friendly. The room was spotless and had all the amenities. The terrace room has a private hot tub that is on the entire day and cleaned periodically. The renovation is very luxurious for the room. We found it convenient to get a rideshare into the old city and nimman area where we spent most of our visit. The surrounding area is also very walkable with lot if spas, coffee shops, bars, and restaurants.

Great vacation resort! We loved our rooms and amenities offered! The food and service from all restaurants were really good. The only negative was how big the resort is. They provide carts to pick you up but sometimes the wait can be inconvenient. Also the rooms have a condensation issue so the floors were always wet and slippery and if you left any clothing out it would have a damp feel to it! Other than that we loved this resort! It truly was beautiful and peaceful.

Exceptional service from everyone. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the soaker tub. Phenomenal spa! Enjoyed a massage, facial and body scrub, it was heavenly. Great pool although i wish there was a deeper end, it was same height all over. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

This property is amazing in aesthetic and absolutely amazing staff. Service, cuisines, facilities… everything this property provides is excellent. I definitely would make the intercontinental in chiang mai my go to stay. The VIP lounge is conducive to my creativity.

Excellent hotel in the heart of Chiang Mai

Fantastic hotel if you want something special in Chiang Mai. It’s modern, clean, stylish and comfortable. Excellent choice of food, amazing staff - nothing is too much trouble. Great location too for walking to local markets and temples.
