The location was off a main road but still felt peaceful and quiet. I loved the staff and vibe. We enjoyed sparkling wine and snacks by the pool and ate at the restaurant onsite for one dinner as well. I would absolutely come back to this hotel again in the future!

The property is amazing with very friendly staff. They do have dogs near by that will bark in the mornings. But they have a court mandated agreement with the owners that if it exceeds 20 minutes, the staff will talk to them about it.

Loved our stay at the Chiang Mai Old Town hotel. Everything was perfect, from the amenities, the restaurant, the Spa, and the Service. Our room on the 2nd floor was lovely and comfortable, very spacious. Loved the free soft drinks and there was plenty of chilled water in the full-size fridge. Our room also entitled us to the free snacks and drinks in the Lounge. The Spa was excellent also - thank you to Therapists Aam and Aed! The hospitality and service was friendly, efficient, and helpful. Thank you to all staff, in particular Bam, Mali, and finally Kwan who was always friendly and helpful, making our stay so memorable. Highly recommended hotel.

We loved our stay! Stayed in Chiang Mai for a couple nights and wished we stayed here longer. The staff wait on you and make sure you have every need met. They are kind and helpful. Even for example, we were in the pool and a staff walked over and turned on the jets for us to enjoy. Highly recommend getting the breakfast included option because you get to dine at their high end restaurant each morning from 7am - 10:30am with unlimited a la carte meals and drinks! So yummy! Reception always has free snacks, drinks, and desserts from the restaurant as well. Highly recommend! Worth the money! The room had Bluetooth surround sound speakers, balcony, and other great features.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Chiang Mai Old Town and can confidently say it exceeded all expectations. The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed with a contemporary touch, offering a perfect blend of style and comfort. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. The room was absolutely immaculate upon arrival, and the housekeeping staff maintained that standard throughout my stay. Their attention to detail was impressive. Service at this hotel was nothing short of exemplary. Every single staff member I encountered was warm, courteous, and genuinely accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure every need was met with a smile. The on-site dining was also a highlight — the food was fresh, well-prepared, and consistently enjoyable. Best of all, the prices across the board — from dining to spa services — were very reasonable. Speaking of the spa, the treatments were incredible and left me feeling completely rejuvenated. Fantastic boutique hotel. The staff are amazing and made my children feel so welcome. We took our 9 and 6 year old's and they both loved the hotel, especially the pool. The food is fantastic and the breakfast is a must! Could not recommend this hotel enough!
