The property was in a good location. Walkable to the main streets and but away from the noisey areas. Overall the property was well maintained and staff was friendly, however the only flaw was the the property condition was a little rundown. There was some stains on furniture and crack near the bathroom sink.

The staff is very friendly and attentive. Rody at the front desk, as well as the entire concierge staff were very helpful and arranged everything, from airport transfer, tour packages, dinner reservations, etc perfectly and with warm smile and chat. I had a great time. The dim sum restaurant is also very good and reasonably priced.

We loved it. Every time , we enter our room it was always clean and fresh. Thanks to Joe . Always smiling. The stuff were very attentive and helpful especially Ni who served and helped us. Thank you to all.

Staff were lovely but the property is a little run down. Walls and doors have damage in rooms and all through the property. Bathroom had dirty walls and furniture has definitely seen some things. Stuck in the 80’s without proper maintenance of the hotel. Shangri La standards are much higher in other cities.

Fantastic!

It was the best hotel in Chiang Mai. Everything was perfect, from the kindness and service of the staff to the comfortable room conditions.
