The staff was great. There was a power outage right as we arrived and they let us into our room anyway, and kept us informed of what was happening. We had everything we needed and were quite comfortable.

Relax Inn was just what we wanted for a stay in Bryson City. It was small and cozy with everything we needed and obviously had been updated with a great shower, very comfortable bed, and great WIFI/TV service. We were within walking distance of downtown and the Great Smoky Mountains Railroad. If we'd had more time, we would definitely have made use of the rocking chairs outside our door while drinking coffee. We would definitely stay here again if and when in Bryson City.

This is a basic motel but is clean, has easy parking, and attentive management. My only complain is a lot of local road noise throughout the night (which clearly isn’t the fault of management but travelers should know and come prepared).
