Comfortable Apartment-Style Stay in a Very Walkable Location I stayed at Grand ParcVue Chengdu for a total of 6 nights and appreciated the apartment-style setup. The room is a good size — not too small — with a convenient wardrobe area designed like a walk-in closet. The kitchenette and washer were especially useful for a longer stay. The bathroom is also spacious, with both a shower and a bathtub. While the hotel is a bit older, it is well maintained and felt comfortable throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet is decent, with enough variety to start the day well. However, the Southeast Asian restaurant offering dinner was less impressive — the dishes lacked flavor and felt expensive for the quality. The location is excellent: directly opposite the Sichuan opera, which we loved, and very walkable to shops, restaurants, and nearby attractions. Overall, a solid choice for a longer stay in Chengdu, especially if you appreciate apartment-style convenience in a central location.

The breakfast was fresh. Rooms are clean, they have self laundry machine which is a big plus. However, our last two days staying were not comfortable as the room were too hot and air conditioner was not working, the other two rooms for my friends had the same problem, my room number is 1811, I believe other friend's room is 1711, not sure of the room number of another friend, the front desk said conditioner is not working asked me to just turn on the fan feature but it did not work, too hot, front room even asked me to open window, terrible.

The hotel staff are friendly, helpful and attentive. This is our second time staying in the residence hotel, We were upgraded to Premium Deluxe Room. Room is nice and comfortable. The only drawback is the air-condition system is weak, air-con not cooling.
