My stay at the Chengdu Hengren Grand Boway Hotel completely exceeded my expectations! From the facilities to the service, every detail made me feel right at home, and it's absolutely worthy of a five-star rating! Located on Shuanglin Road in Chenghua District, the hotel is surrounded by restaurants and shopping malls, and conveniently located for taxis to attractions like Chunxi Road and Kuanzhai Alley. It's a perfect choice for both business and leisure travel! The hotel boasts a spacious swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and hot springs, all with clear water and a private and elegant environment. After a swim, a sauna session completely melts away fatigue—it's the perfect way to unwind while traveling! The room was spacious and bright, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. It is beautiful hotel!

This is an excellent hotel. We stayed in a two-bedroom unit that was clean and well-maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped, and having a washer and dryer brought great convenience to our family. The location is ideal—very convenient for shopping, taking the subway, or getting a taxi. It’s about a 20-minute walk to downtown, and the surroundings are quiet and peaceful. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

Conditions of the amenities are really nice, and our room was very comfortable and spacious (very much like a very nice, sleek apartment). The hotel is incredible and very well located, but what makes it even better are the staff members - so helpful and friendly. The ladies and reception and Michael in Concierge were a stand out. Front desk staffs are very helpful, assisting in giving suggestions & arrangement on food, sight seeing, shopping etc. Rooms are huge & clean, attached with kitchen. Bed is comfortable & amenities provided. Had a nice stay! Thumbs up

The room was beautiful, clean and spacious, with lots of storage areas for our clothes, luggage, etc. The bathroom was larger than most hotels, with a full bathtub/shower AND a separate shower stall and a large vanity. It had many amenities, like a fully functional kitchen with stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator and a kitchen sink. Having a washer/dryer in the room was very convenient for keeping up with our laundry. We were able to clean all our clothes before we checked out on the last day. The staff here were awesome! Every person we encountered was cheerful, respectful, and responded quickly to any requests we had. The hotel is located in the center of the city which makes it convenient for exploring the area restaurants and shopping centers on foot. It was super easy to get an Uber ride within minutes right at the front door of the hotel. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful and affordable place to stay in Chengdu.
