The hotel staff are friendly, helpful and attentive. This is our second time staying in the residence hotel, We were upgraded to Premium Deluxe Room. Room is nice and comfortable. The only drawback is the air-condition system is weak, air-con not cooling.

The place to be - what a gem!

Wow ...what a gem! This place is truly magical! From the unbeatable location, right across the road from The Chengdu Show (which is an absolute must-see, by the way) ,to its proximity to other key attractions, this hotel has everything you could possibly want for a stay in Chengdu. Let’s talk about the rooms , they are incredibly spacious; more like a full apartment than a hotel room! It was my first time having a walk-in closet, and I loved it. The kitchen is equipped with every appliance you could need (even though we didn’t get to use it much during our two-day stay), but it’s great knowing it’s there for longer visits. Breakfast was excellent; varied, fresh, and well-prepared and the staff were simply outstanding! Special mention to Lisa, who spoke English and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Overall, this hotel exceeded all expectations and is 100% KKNCM-recommended!

This hotel was rated as 5 stars but the it actually is not up to that standard. It allows people to cook that easily allows smells left in the room. The facilities are a bit outdated. In general, the experience was excellent. Connects directly to a new shopping centre building, very close from 锦江宾馆 metro station, staffs were helpful, and facilities were nice. Only drawback was that the room had a noticeable sweaty odor, probably from previous guests. Also, a part of the wooden floor was quite squeaky, may need replacement.

Food in the hotel restaurant was good, offering Singapore food among other choices. The one bedroom suite has a washer dryer. Staff is courteous and helpful. Really enjoyed our 3 night stay.
