Loved The Hotel Chalet! So many dining options nearby & took the free shuttle further into town for a Lookouts game. Super convenient spot without being right downtown. Loved the pool & the whole vibe of the place. Will definitely go back!

Me and my girlfriend decided to checkout Chattanooga for a couple days and stayed at The Chalet at Choo Choo. Check in really set the tone, as the hotel staff greeted us at the door opening the door for us to then easily check in at the desk where the staff was welcoming and informative! The hotels decor is really incredible and has neat train car rooms you can book! The hotel also has good amenities with the pool, snack bar, and a very good restaurant basically attached to the hotel.

We enjoyed the classical elegance of the building. It was convenient to food and offered plenty of entertainment. For trips to the river, there is a free bus service right next to the hotel. The coffee maker in the room was disappointing but the shower was very nice. We would stay here again.

Fabulous hotel!! Super darling decor, pool and outdoor lounge area with gas fires. Also has some train cars renovated into rooms too. Very close to great restaurants and dance and music venues too.

Super cute hotel! A little dim and old but it’s part of the vibe it was also a rainy day. The restaurants around were so good and the train station was very cool! I was super disappointed I booked a bigger room and called to confirm there was a roll away the person at the front desk said he couldn’t accommodate and they don’t offer roll away. I said I would pay for an upgrade I wanting a cab car room but he said he couldn’t upgrade until the manager came in (which is the next morning) so we needed up having to buy another room. The maintenance man standing at the front desk was overly helpful and tried to accommodate which I thought was SO NICE! There wasn’t much he could do but his customer service helped the situation be a little more pleasant. I loved the hotel and the decor I would definitely go back again!
