A cosy café/bistro, a coffee shop with delicious cakes, a village shop and two pubs both with family friendly restaurants renowned for delicious food are only a gentle stroll from Smugglers Den. The magnificent Beadnell Bay is only a 12 minute walk away, with smaller coves and beaches located within a 5 minute walk.

Very comfortable, well equipped cottage in a good location, walking distance from the beautiful Northumberland coast and close to the pub, and three other places to eat out. The village has a village shop that was changing hands when we visited. There is a good bus service serving villages along the coast. We had a great holiday, thank you.
