The hotel was very clean and the check in and out very efficient. The room was clean and the WiFi excellent. It is in a good area of town with easy access to shopping and restaurants. I would stay again

The room was clean. Downside no elevator to second floor inconvenient but not a huge deal. Only issue we had was they took a deposit instead of preauthorization.Then when checking out they couldn't put the money back on our card.Some got put back eventually after having to put the money back on little by litte. But the remain 50$ we had to fight to get back in cash when the machine wouldn't work. The lady at the desk was professional and polite about it even though we were very agitated at this point and she knew as we had be dealing with this for 30 min or so. She had to call the manager to get approval to give us the final 50 in cash. So other than check out fiasco the stay was ok.

Newly Renovated Great Stay

I stayed in Chatham for the first time and couldn't be happier with this hotel. The room was new and it looks like the hotel has recently been renovated. Whoever picked the tiles for the floor and counters great choice. We have no complaints at all. The breakfast was great, and the staff was very friendly, even bringing out different types of yogurt for our kids. There was a wide selection for breakfast, which we really appreciated. The location was excellent, close to many restaurants. The only downside is that there are no elevators, so it could be a challenge for older guests if they are on the second floor. Overall, it was a wonderful stay for our family!

Room: Bedding was clean, AC worked well, free Keurig pods in the room, microwave was clean. Modern design. There was a crack in our door but it wasn't bad. There is no safe. Lots of lighting options. Large, good quality lg tv with easy log in. Mini fridge did the job. Patio door was great. We were room 101 and I was a little nervous about reception noise, but we didn't hear anything. A little rough around the edges on the bathroom floors, could use a better deep clean, but the shower, toilet, sink, and mirror were super clean. Pool: Pool was great! We got there in time for there to be no smokers around. The rooms that open into the pool area are very cool. The pool is not heated, but was a good temperature and very clean. Food: Lots of options. Bread, bagels, muffins, waffles, cream cheese, raspberry and strawberry jam, peanut butter, butter, syrup, two kinds of cereal. Sausages, eggs (very meh), hash browns, apple juice, orange juice, cranberry juice, yogurt, coffee, salsa. A little sad that there were no tea or hot chocolate options but honestly it was still more than I was expecting and my husband proclaimed the coffee to be "it's okay. Really hot though". Service: Very kind. Very helpful. Check in was very easy.

Terrible

The pool was closed. Our room although looked like it had been cleaned was not. There was some sort of chunks of dirt all over one of the beds. The shampoo and conditioner bottles in the shower were covered in mud. When the front desk staff was told about it they made excuses that construction workers usually stay there.
