A nice property but very noisy. The rooms have a door to another room (locked) but it is thin. I spent two nights listening to the person next door snoring. Generally noisy too.

I always stay at the park motel when visiting charters towers, its location is within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The statf are always polite and helpful. The reception ladie aka simone is always accommodating polite and helpful.

Very comfortable

The rooms are dated, however, in fairness they are doing major renovations and obviously working through each room. The service was extremely friendly and the rooms were very clean and tidy. Also the bed was very comfortabe. Would certainly stay there again

Building is currently being renovated, but the room we stayed in was clean, comfortable and very convenient to the town centre. Staff were friendly and had ample parking.

Property in terrible state both inside and out. In the middle of renovations to both restaurants and rooms, this was not advised in booking or photos. Rooms dirty, items in rooms mouldy (ironing board etc). Rooms smelt like mould and urine. Area outside the rooms in disrepair - numerous skip bins full of rubbish 1 meter from door, piles of building rubble also in this area. Absolute terrible stay and would have been better sleeping in our car.
