Great except for blackout on the last night.
We stayed 3 nights. The first 2 nights were great. The room was comfortable and roomy. The breakfast had a reasonable selection of food; but it was not replenished very quickly so some food was not available the later it was. The reason for 4 stars is the third night there was a major storm and the electricity went out from 9:30 pm until we left the following day. We are both in our 70’s. There were no lights, no hot water, TV, WiFi, fridge or microwave. Also no elevator, and we carried our luggage down 4 flights of stairs. There was also no breakfast. It would have been nice if we were compensated in some way.

Check-in was slow, and front desk was not informative or friendly. Bathroom was dusty/grimey in corners, bathtub, and the door. The bathroom door was very squeaky, and the light from the bathroom made it hard for those that wanted to sleep in. Bed was comfortable, and breakfast was good. 👍 for the waffles.

Among the worst hotels I have stayed in. At times no one employed by the hotel at the front desk, no one to answer phone. In the 3 nights we stayed our room was not serviced even once despite repeated complaints. Such a shame. It’s a fairly new facility completely ruined by bad management.

Had a 4am flight business walls are paper thin. Fell asleep 8pm 11pm screaming amd crying Fell back asleep to only woken up to someone moaning amd vomiting and hacking at 2am could hear them for 30 mins nonstop.
