Villager Lodge - accommodation in Charlotte

The Moxy Hotel was absolutely beautiful! I loved the modern design, the unique artwork, and the overall vibe of the hotel. From the moment we arrived, it had a fun and welcoming atmosphere. The bar was one of my favorite parts of the experience. I thought it was a great touch that they give guests complimentary tokens for their first drink. The food was delicious. We ordered the Korean chicken wings and the Bang Bang shrimp, and both were full of flavor. The cocktails were just as impressive. During our stay, they were hosting a karaoke event, which added to the lively atmosphere. The rooftop was breathtaking. It offered beautiful views of Charlotte’s skyline and had games like cornhole and foosball, making it a fun place to hang out. If you’re looking for a quieter moment, it’s also the perfect place to sit back, relax, and enjoy the city views. We did have a small issue with our room, but the staff handled it quickly and professionally. They were friendly, accommodating, and made sure everything was taken care of, which we truly appreciated. The only downside was the parking. Valet is the only option offered by the hotel, and I do think there should be a discounted rate or complimentary valet for overnight guests. Instead, we chose to park using Charlotte’s public parking, which worked well for us. Overall, we had an excellent stay and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. I would definitely recommend the Moxy Hotel!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hilton! The property is beautiful and the location is great 😃 The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I had a great view of the water and there are restaurants nearby for convenience. I highly recommend this property if you're visiting Charlotte!
