The apartment includes:
• A full kitchen with large refrigerator, oven, and Keurig coffee maker
• Hardwood flooring and updated furnishings throughout
• A spacious living area with 55” Samsung HDTV (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Video)
• A primary bedroom with king-size bed, sitting area, and flat screen TV

Set on a premier waterfront lot, the property offers beautiful sunrise and sunset views over Lake Norman, along with a quiet cove perfect for relaxing and swimming without heavy boat traffic.

We booked on rather short notice as we were attending a New Year’s Eve party in the neighborhood. Albeit a short stay, I can say that it is absolutely beautiful. So much so that if I could, I would move in permanently. And to boot, a most gracious dog who escorted us to the door. Don’t hesitate to book, you will not be disappointed.

Best Getaway Ever!

This property is just as described, it has amazing views of the Lake from every angle. It was very clean, well stocked and very cozy. Dawn and Steve were great host, very attentive and the communication was great. They ensured we were comfortable and they were available for any questions we had. The dogs were like family, we enjoyed them. Don't hesitate to book this property. We are alreadylooking for possible dates to return. We enjoyed our 5 night stay over the Memorial day Holiday. We will be back soon !!

We love this place

Perfect location on Lake Norman. We have stayed here now several times on our way back and forth from Ohio to Florida. The neighborhood is peaceful and serene with spectacular lake views all around. The hosts are friendly and accommodating. The king bed in the master bedroom is beyond comfortable. This place is truly a gem. We’ll be back over and over again!

OUTSTAND!!!

I cannot say enough as to the fabulous 3 days I had with one of my very best friends. It was a girls getaway. The beauty of the property and lakefront gorgeous and was just what we needed. The accommodations were excellent, and we so enjoyed the hosts Steve and Dawn, who made themselves available if we needed anything. They are without a doubt super hosts!! we enjoyed the firepit, the hot tub and especially their adorable 3 dogs. We highly recommend this property. Thank you Steve and Dawn!!!
