WELCOME TO "GAINSWOOD VILLA"

Super modern lake house on Lake Norman with sunrise views for miles and beautiful hot tub and pool with every luxury imaginable. This home is located in the middle of the whole lake, just beyond the Point and the Trump golf course which puts it close to everywhere you want to be on Lake Norman. Just minutes from several restaurants by boat and car.

The second you step inside you immediately feel like you're on vacation. The spacious first floor is wide open and feature's floor to ceiling windows across the entire lakeside of the home. The kitchen is a chefs dream with large stove, huge refrigerator, ice maker, beverage center and multiple islands for cooking and entertaining no expenses were spared you will be blown away.

The great room is tastefully decorated with several couches and chairs and a dining table that seats 12 and to top it off there is also a 120-inch projector screen for the big games and a double sided see thru fireplace looking out towards the lake.

We include all luxury bed linens, towels and toiletries, such as soaps and more. We also have a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook like a professional chef.

There is a full house layout picture with sleeping arrangements at the end of the photos and a quick breakdown of the beds in the home are as follows:
☀ 1st floor master (1 king bed)
☀ 2nd floor bunk area (3 twins - 2 twin bunks, 1 trundle twin)
☀ 2nd floor ensuite one (2 queens- queen bed, pull out couch queen)
☀ 2nd floor ensuite two (1 king),
☀ 2nd floor third bedroom (bunk bed with full on lower bunk, twin upper bunk, and twin trundle, plus two convertible chairs that can become one king or two twins)

In addition, there is also a queen air mattress and 2 twin air mattresses, and both have pillow top mattress toppers. There is also a huge two-piece couch in the downstairs living room that is as large as two twin beds.

As you step outside, you enter a beautiful pool area with spa. There's a covered living area with a tv and large outdoor couches for sitting. In addition, there's a sink, beverage center and a countertop for serving up drinks and food. There is also an outdoor gas Blackstone grill. In addition, there is also an outdoor shower and even an outdoor bathroom.

Some cool yard features also include a fire pit area with seating and a putting green for golf practice of all ages!

On the water there is a huge double decker party dock with second level for entertaining and overlooking the lake during the day and star gazing at night. On the first level there is a dock mounted rope swing that will keep you and your guests busy for hours!

As an added bonus the massive, air-conditioned garage with 15-foot ceilings has been setup as an indoor gymnasium with pickleball court, pro basketball nets, hockey nets and soccer balls. At the push of a button this space doubles as a glow party/rollerblading room, with black lights igniting the glow in the dark flakes in the black epoxy floor. The pickleball court is setup with full size net and court lines, so you and your guests can enjoy a game of pickleball in our garage at any time during your stay and also with the push of a button can also play glow in the dark pickleball as well.

There is also a Tesla car charger for your convenience if needed.

The master bedroom also has a Tempur-Pedic adjustable frame bed with dual remotes with tilt and massage options. Also, two of the bathrooms have electronic bidet toilets with automatic open and close lids.

In addition to the home, we also provide our guests the ability to rent our 2022 25-foot top of the line pontoon boat.

If you're looking to make your travelling easier, we are also able to stock the fridge with your own custom order before your arrival as well as provide a private chef, photographer or bartender throughout your stay.

Another cool thing that's unique to this property is the island in front of the home is home to several deer and they can be seen swimming to and from the island very often it's amazing to see!

Additional free items for guest use are:
Firewood, Kayak, and 2 paddleboards and lots of lifejackets, yard games, cornhole, fishing rods on the dock, putters and golf balls on the putting green and more

The garage has several basketballs, soccer balls, hockey sticks.

There are video security cameras that are ON and recording audio and video and are located on the exterior of the home which cover the front door and driveway, as well as parts of the patio, pool and hot tub and at the dock which can be disabled if requested thank you.

The pool will be heated to 80 degrees May 1st through September 15th and can be heated higher for an additional fee based on what temperature you would like to set it to.

Please note: To comply with local regulations and insurances, we do require our own rental agreement to be signed after booking, which will include a small security deposit to be held 2 days prior to arrival.
