☆☆ PLEASE NOTE ☆☆

✹ GENERAL: Guests can enjoy full access to the entire home and outdoor area.

✹ PARKING: Free parking is available for 6 vehicles in the driveway.

✹ Wi-Fi/INTERNET: We offer free, high-speed internet on the property.

✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies, including a Pack & Play, travel crib and a high chair.

✹ DOCK: Our private dock is excellent for those that love the water! For boaters, we do want to make sure you know ahead of time that (a) there isn`t any electricity on the dock, (b) the boat lift is not accessible, (c) the dock has cleats to tie your boat, and (d) the water is deep but can vary based on the lake water level.

✹ PETS: Up to two dogs are permitted with a $150 pet fee. Each dog must (a) weigh less than 50 lbs, (b) be up-to-date on vaccinations, and (c) have been treated for fleas and ticks within the last 30 days. Please be prepared to share documentation if needed.

✹ RENTAL AGREEMENT: Please note that we do require signature of our rental agreement/liability waiver within 48 hours after booking.

✹ TWO PAYMENTS: In order to ease the process of securing our stay, we will divide up you purchase into two payments. 40% will be charged immediately and 60% will be charged 30 days prior to check-in. Both charges will be from RENTAL.HOME. If your booking date is within 30 days of check-in, you will receive one charge reflecting 100% of the reservation amount.

✹ ID VERIFICATION: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

✹ CANCELLATIONS: If the guest cancels the booking and is entitled to a refund, the refund will be reduced by 4% as we have to pay the processing fees regardless.

✹ CAMERAS/RECORDING DEVICES: We have four (4) actively recording cameras outside that record video and audio. One is on the doorbell, two point to both sides on the front driveway, and one points at the dock.

- Minimum age of primary guest is 25 years old. Primary guests under 25 please inquire prior to booking.
