We stay here when we come to Kannapolis and don’t feel like driving back home which is often, and we’ve always had a wonderful experience.The hotel is extremely clean, which made us feel comfortable right away. Check-in and check-out were both quick and easy, with no hassle at all, perfect when traveling with a child. The staff truly stood out: everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. They made us feel right at home from start to finish. We will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to other families looking for a smooth, stress-free stay.

They advertise free breakfast, but there are no cooked options, i.e. bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs. What is provided is more of a "continental breakfast" and should be advertised as such. Glad there was an IHOP close by.
