Great location! This is right in the heart of downtown Charlevoix and just a block from the drawbridge. We enjoyed all the shops and restaurants nearby. There was not a designated parking spot, but we had no troubles finding street parking close by. The place was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the towels were soft and seemed brand new, and the whole place was decorated very nicely. I only give it 4 stars because we had a couple minor issues right when we arrived. The hot water heater was not working right away, we had troubles getting the tv/internet to work with assistance, and the blinds in the front room facing the street wouldn’t close. We were on the second story, so the blinds not closing ended up being fine. We got in late, but our host was prompt and helped us with these issues despite it being 10pm. We got the tv/internet working with assistance from the host. The host even came to the building that evening to fix the water heater. Unfortunately, the hot water heater needed to be repaired the following day, so we had cold showers the first night we were there. After those little issues were resolved, we had a great stay and would stay here again!
