I will give it 3 stars because the Staff was wonderful and the views and beech convenience is hard to beat. Breakfast options were above what i expected. The rooms were just ok. Run down and need updating. Old furniture and blinds on the windows that don't block out the outdoor hallway lights. Had to cover window with towels. We had one bug issue which i didn't complain to the desk about because we were checking out anyway. I got a great price on expedia because of the time of year. I would not pay during peak season the price they ask. Looks like other neighboring properties could be a bit better.

It was suppose to be a partial ocean view and king bed. You couldn’t see the beach from our room and we had two double beds. Front desk clerk was nice and understanding.

Nice area and view, easy access to the water, staff are friendly. AC/Heat unit in the room is very noisy and gives a head ache, very loud you can’t even turn it off, TV is basic channels from Visio old fashion.Breakfast is basic cereal, pancake from a machine/ cold boiled eggs and drinks.

Clean room, comfortable bed, access to the beach,in Nov off-season only two other guests. There is a VFW deck next to hotel that plays live great soft music, we really liked that. This is our second time staying at this hotel. But the continental style breakfast is not great.

Our room did not have a beach front view, but you could walk a few steps to see a view. Very clean, very affordable beach stay. Our only issue was with the wifi—we could not get on for most of our stay, and finally got on Monday morning after a lot of guests had left. It seems like it needs to be strengthened.

This hotel was nice. We only stayed 1 night since we were there to listen to a band at the Windjammer next door but it was perfect for what we needed. The room was clean, bed was comfy and the ocean views were gorgeous. The staff were very nice as well and they have parking under the building.
