The Space:
Best Neighborhood in Charleston! Cannonborough-Elliotborough lies adjacent to all the action of upper King Street. Characterized by historic houses, small local businesses, neighborhood eateries, and local drinking holes, our neighborhood is ever-evolving and full of life! All while being within reach of the historic district (20-25 minute walk).
Layout - Our cluster of three houses allows large groups to have large common spaces to spend time together and have their own private space to retreat to. Two houses (blue and pink, each 2 BR, 2 BA) are attached, with the third (and largest, 4 BR, 2.5 BA) house being less than 15ft away. Two buildings are only separated by the private parking area. The Green house has a large, open-concept living space that is great for groups to eat meals and spend time together!
The small outdoor area is furnished with a picnic table, string lights, and yard games. Together, the porches and yard are great outdoor spaces for groups to enjoy great CHS weather!
Parking - Four (4) off-street, covered parking spaces provided for guests. Driveway and parking are tight, compact cars and SUVs fit best. An additional 1-2 cars may fit in the common driveway area.
Wifi - Strong wifi for those looking to work out of the property.
Guest Access:
Three extremely spacious houses. All equipped with flat-screen TVs (one per room), master suites, fully equipped kitchens, and inviting outdoor porches!
Groups have enjoyed the compound as it allows guests to have their own private space while still being close to all the action!
TVs are all equipped with smart capabilities allowing guests to stream as desired. A Hulu with LiveTV subscription is provided for guests' use during their stay (no cable access). All live news channels and sporting events are viewable through Hulu with a Live TV subscription.

Master Bedroom - King Bed, full en suite bathroom, private closet, french doors open up to great Southward facing porch!
Second Bedroom - Full Bed, adjacent to a full bathroom, with hanging space
Third Bedroom - Queen Bed, two single beds
Fourth Bedroom - Queen Bed, hanging space
Blue House - 2 BR, 2 BA
Master Bedroom - King Bed, full en suite bathroom, private closet space
Second Bedroom - Full Bed, adjacent to a full bathroom, private closet space
Pink House - 2 BR, 2 BA - Furnished Porch
Master Bedroom - King Bed, full en suite bathroom, private closet space
Second Bedroom - Full Bed, adjacent to a full bathroom, private closet space
(The Pink and the Blue House are connected and face the Green house that is located less than ~15 ft away.)
The Neighborhood:
We are located in the hip & upcoming neighborhood of Cannonborough/Elliotborough! Our neighborhood is home to a mix of working professionals, young families, and students. Our neighborhood is also the only neighborhood in CHS, allowing short term rentals.
The neighborhood is ever-evolving and full of energy, yet adjacent to the upper King St. dining and shopping districts. Neighborhood eateries and bars are just steps away!
(Our favorites are Bon Banh Mi, Gnome Cafe, Coquin, Xiao Bao Biscuit, Josephines, Chubby Fish, Purlieu and D'alesandro's Pizza)
Getting Around:
Walking, ubering, biking, and alternative transportation methods are recommended as parking & driving can be cumbersome downtown. Proximity (roughly 1 mile) to:
- 1 mile to upper King Street shopping & dining district (walkable down Spring Street)
- .5 miles to the nearest grocery store (Publix)
- 1 mile (5 blocks) to the Citadel & Hagood Stadium (walkable)
- 1 mile to the College of Charleston
- .4 miles (3 blocks) to MUSC
- 20-minute drive from Charleston Airport
Rental cars, not a necessity if open to walking, biking, and ubering around the downtown area. Airport shuttles and/or ride-sharing options are available from third party providers for a reasonable cost.

Other Things to Note:
The trio of three houses sleeps 18 people total in the beds listed (2 per bed). Two rollaway beds can be utilized if needed. With that being said, if utilizing rollaway beds along with all the beds, the houses can sleep a maximum of 20 people.
Pets are allowed with prior approval.
Due to the houses' urban and downtown location, city noises (traffic, construction, neighbors, emergency vehicles, etc.) may be heard.
Like most urban areas, our parking and driveway are very tight. It may be difficult to maneuver some trucks, vans, and SUVs. Compact vehicles and smaller SUVs are highly recommended.
We pay our local taxes - therefore, a community fee of 4% is charged to each reservation.

This is a legal, City of Charleston permitted, short term rental. Please be aware that some listings found outside of the Cannonborough-Elliotborough neighborhood may not be permitted to operate as short term rentals. Illegal listings are subject to being closed down, forcing the cancellation of all reservations. Our neighborhood is the only allowed short term rental area in the city.
