Breakfast was decent Hotel room smelled like dog - when I told Irish the desk clerk she stated it was a pet friendly hotel and she would let house keeping know- never offered us another room. Laundry available yet one of their dryers was filled with rust and had no out of order sign on it - If you put your clothe in before you realized they would be ruined ! It was that bad (the dryer)

Room smell was nauseating. The initial room we were given smelled like a wet dog so we asked to switch rooms immediately. The next one was just as bad. We limited the time in our room to just sleep to avoid being in there. They started putting up breakfast before 10 am.

Overall hotel was fine. The first night got in late and room had odd smell. Realized in morning water was dripping in room. They gave a new room. Location was good, room is big and loved stocked kitchen. The bad part was the little league travel teams that must stay a lot because they had a poster just for them with rules. Wish we knew that because Saturday we were going to unwind by pool but it was completely taken over(grills,music,kids everywhere) by families of the ball teams. Definitely not relaxing.

We were given the wrong room at check in and had to go back to the front desk and get that corrected. The staff was ok but didn't go out of their way to make us feel welcome. The bathroom sink didn't drain the best. The bed was ok, not super comfy and the pillows were worthless, flat as a pancake. The breakfast is mediocre at best, didn't have forks available half of the time. Seems like its gone down hill a bit since staying there 2 years ago. We like the locations as its close to IOP.

Pullout sofa is super think, creaky and made for a horrendous night sleep. Other than that, stay was fine at the hotel. I would stay again if they upgraded their pull out sofa mattresses for our family or 5.
