There was an issue with checking in. There was feces smeared in the bathroom wall and around toilet paper holder. Communication with hotel staff was very poor and inconsistent. Other than that it was quiet and a comfortable stay.

The worst example of customer service I can remember in a long time. Check in was delayed due lack of cleaning help and the little girl left in charge to share the delay was ill equipped to disseminate this information. I.E. rude, never offering ( probably not knowing how ) to offer an apology. This was a pleasure trip, and I traveled for business over 40 years and this was one of the worst experiences I can remember. I will probably discontinue using 3rd party reservation sites and deal directly with properties!
