The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast and the gym were very good. The only knock was that the 2 people at the front desk were very inattentive and barely even picked their heads up to speak to us. It was very unusual for a hotel front desk reception

Most of the staff were very courteous. They seemed short handed though in Hskp as they had to change us to a Queen room due to not having a King room clean. Faucet in our room was loose/ handle came off. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Clean room, roomy enough for the wheelchair. The breakfast had many options and the biscuits are gravy were delicious. The price was much better than others I had previously paid in Charleston.
