convenient to El Paso Airport. We had to leave very early in the morning, so unable to try the breakfast. The front staff was very friendly and offered assistance in any way. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable.

Where do I start?!! Asked b4 considering stay if hot tub was working and available? I WAS ASSURED-YES! Hot tub= cold, jets not working!! Informed staff= we”ll get someone on that right away, no response entire night?!? Next morning, how was your stay? Explaining why my stay was horrible (no comfort from the spa down) she said to my chagrin “ why didn’t they send you to our sister property 100ft. walk next door?!?” REALLY…..,. That would have been nice!! Black mold in shower. Carpet thru out in shotty disrepair, you can’t even roll your luggage w/o lifting rollers over tears/wrinkles in common walkways/hallways. Complimentary food made me sick (diarrhea) for 24 hours!! Room carpet had big stained area ( looked scary) Staff was not present or helpful. Always a sign saying we’ll be back in 15 minutes.

The bathroom was filthy. Even had a nail clipper in the shower and the tub was gross. The floors were dirty. Breakfast was a disappointment. The coffee containers were empty and very limited options. The lady at reception was very nice and attentive.
