Nestled on the mountain, with a convenient shuttle stop just steps away, indulge in effortless access to all the resort's attractions. Inside, discover a fully equipped kitchen, with all the essentials for a seamless stay. The large living room has a cozy gas fireplace and comfy oversized sofa, while the adjacent dining space spills onto a balcony, offering gorgeous views and a toasty heater for cooler evenings. Situated within the Woodridge community, amenities include a shared basketball court, volleyball court, pavilion, and a refreshing pool/hot tub—all within easy walking distance. Pool/hot tub is available Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend. Tennis/Pickleball courts are also accessible for use in the adjacent community of Sun Ridge (about a 4-minute drive/10-minute walk). Ski enthusiasts will appreciate the designated ski closets near the entrance, while complimentary parking right out front ensures hassle-free arrivals and departures. Experience mountain living at its finest in this lovely mountain retreat.

Notes: Linens are provided along with starter amounts of toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags. Main living area is up one flight of stairs from the main entry way, there are closets for skis in the main entry way. There is a bedroom (king bed) and full bathroom on the same level as main living area. Remaining three bedrooms/ three full bathrooms are located one floor up from main living area.
