Exactly what it needs to be: a clean, comfortable hotel just off of the highway. Driving into town for dining options takes a few minutes but is not inconvenient. We've returned to this Microtel multiple times because the rooms are cozy - that was especially important, because outdoor temperatures were negative when we stayed! There's abundant hot water for showers, a deep bathtub. We love the window bench and the mirror behind the beds, which are nostalgic for us and inviting. Much more welcoming than blank updates spaces.

We just needed to stay to take a break from driving and get some sleep. The place is very secure, and the beds are comfy. Ice machine not working, not much personality behind the desk, and very basic breakfast. The price was right, and it had all the basics.
