"We book a room and given different than what we request, it was not helpful with the reception staff to change to the room we request and we pay for it. We have to cancel one night and leave the Hotel"

"Clean room, good location and staff were very nice. Room itself was a bit basic with no coffee or tea making facilities, the beds weren't the best and the pillows were very uncomfortable and lacked any kind of support for the neck."
