Ths room and service was ok. The hallways where super hot and muggy (felt lile a sauna) So overall the staff and room was good. I paid a deposit when booking my stay which was fine. I literally left the room cleaner then it was when i got there, i even took my own gsrbage out. But for some reason they kept 11.02$ from the deposit i paid. Im just wondering what i did to get all my deposit back except 11.02$

Limited desk hours, inquiy phone call resulted in a recording and never got a return call. Room very small, carpet worn badly with sewn on patches. Right on very noisy street and freeway just beyond. No way to block opened window on first floor. Bed had lovely clean spread and matching pillow shams but pillows in them had no pillow cases. Hard to sleep thru street noise from hot-rodding and yelling at times. This is in a terrible location and property is very run down.

When we arrived, we were given a room that did have a really bad smell. They promptly moved us to another room which did not smell. We are thankful they were willing to help. The bed was clean and so was the bathroom.

Clean. Convenient as it is closed to the highway. But it is noisy as it is closed to the highway. It is very basic. Continental breakfast with hot waffle. No sausage, no eggs. My room is small but it has Tv, alarm clock. Coffee maker. It has ventilation fan in the bathroom.

This room was absolutely unacceptable!! Unsanitary conditions, live electrical wired exposed, Air conditioning broke resulting in room temp of 81*, smudges and "oils" on doors and walls, horrible musty smell, plastic cups unwrapped and exposed, yellow sticky stains in the bathtub. They offered us another room but did not have another double queen that would accommodate us, nor did we want to stay after this experience. There were no available rooms anywhere is the area and my daughter and I had to sleep in our truck that night. The condition of this hotel was absolutely unacceptable and I would like to pursue a full refund.

Stayed here during STP 2025, so the most expensive day in the area. The property promised a pool which was non-existent - a huge disappointment. We found a city park nearby which had a small river access so we used that instead of the pool. The agent at check in also promised to open the breakfast area at 5am for all the bike riders who leave super early for STP but the breakfast area was closed at 5 and even at 5:30 - another big let down. The rooms were fine and beds were actually decently comfortable but for the huge marked up price we had to pay we expected at least the breakfast to be opened up early.

Terrible experience for us and other families

I stayed at Cozy Inn night of 12th July 2025. And it was a unpleasant stay. The sink in the room, did not drain water properly. and Since i was getting ready for the 2nd day STP bike ride, it was frustrating. The toilet flush was also not working well. When tried to call the operator for help at 5am, no one picked the call. Also, came downstairs to the front desk and no one was available for help. never did we have this kind of terrible service before. We were told that bikers would be provided early breakfast, which was also not provided. overall it was not a pleasant stay. I really would like refund of the stay.

TV was not working. Maintenance guy was definitely not good at his job, but eventually figured out the problem. The phone was broken, and he said the desk clerk would bring a new one, which never happened. The hot and cold water faucets were plumbed incorrectly and the whole fixture was loose. The AC was REALLY noisy. I was charged $55 for “possible damages” but the desk clerk did not make me aware of that charge.

It was a terrible experience staying at Cozy Inn. We came to a room with smelly pillows, a bathroom that was leaking and while someone came to fix it it didn’t really do anything to fix it - we had to use the external bathroom and then they locked it for the night leaving us without any bathroom access and we had to go to nearby restaurants for morning. There were spiders as well. Lastly the breakfast promised at 5:00 am.was delivered only at 7:45 am without any clear indication or apologies,

This was one of the worst stays I have EVER had. The hotel was gross, and the room was disgusting. I wondered why there was a plunger in the bathroom until I used it for the first time. I had to plunge the heck every single time I had to use the bathroom (including urinating). It was noisy as well, but I was only staying for two nights and was working long days, so I figured I would just make due. At check-in, they held a $50 deposit, which I expected. When I got home, I got my final receipt, and they charged me a $30 Incidental charge! What?!!! No explanation, and I emailed them with NO response. I would NEVER stay here again, and do yourself a favor, and don't either!
