Room was clean. There is not a lot of parking in the parking lot and it is very tight so if the hotel is full, it is hard to get in and out of there with a pick up or anything other than a small car good location to downtown Colorado Springs.

The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms upgraded. It is an older hotel which needs more upgrades. However, we loved the room size and upkeep. The breakfast is just a Rice Krispy treat FYI.

Outside steps were starting to crumble needed to be fixed/repainted No pets were supposed to be in the rooms yet. There was a large dog on the lower level in the room.
