Room was great, host when checking in was fantastic. A fire alarm went off early Sunday morning waking the hotel. Not the hotels fault of course, but when going outside to make sure things were safe, as i walked back in the main entrance, the lady working the desk would not answer mine or anyone elses question on whether or not it was safe to return to our rooms. She acted annoyed and finally after several minutes she just said she didn't know in an annoyed voice. So, 4/5 stars because of that encounter.
