The hotel seemed that they went out of their way to look fancy without completing the job. The bathroom for example was entirely lined with marble/tile from floor to ceiling, meaning there was not a toilet paper holder nor anywhere to hang a towel. They only provided two bath towels and no hand towel or washcloth. The restaurant was not as advertised with limited choices and overpriced food. The water dispenser was frequently out of water and we needed to request it to be refilled multiple times. The inside of the hotel had a strong sewer/sulphur smell. The rooms were incredibly damp/humid with no form of ventilation or window. The staff were friendly, though generally unhelpful and were unable to provide any local recommendations. In one of our two rooms that we booked the provided hair dryer was broken with wires hanging out causing a safety risk.

Great hotel, excellent customer service. Room was clean and had all that we needed, fridge, water station nearby, electric kettle etc. Hotel is located across cybergate mall, accessible to everything. Price a little on the higher side but worth it. Staff courteous, friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Couldn’t find one of the room cards and had to pay 350 php. Horrible water pressure in room and almost no hot water. Terrible ac unit not of a “luxury” hotel. Breakfast was bad, could only order from a limited menu. Good location. Smells like sewage. They put my family in separate floors so impossible to get to them since key cards only work for specific reserved floor.

Presented my docs to check-in which were processed. Receptionist then asks for a deposit of PHP1000 (USD17). I just flew in and didnt have PHP so asked if they accepted CC. She said no (hotels.com indicates that they do). I said I would be back after a tour, exchange cash and pay them then. She says ok, we'll give you access to your room then, no options provided. I told her to let me store my luggage in the room, wash up but "No". I then offered other currencies and she said ok. Do they think I'll abandon my luggage for $17? Completely stupid!

Unfortunately a lot of things missing that you would expect. No luggage rack… No Ice…. No Do not disturb sign… No hot water and a safe that’s not attached. Rooms also had an unpleasant odor. We would not recommend nor would we stay there again. How they hot good reviews is beyond me.
