The Hard Rock Tower was nice, with modern rooms and comfortable beds. My only complaint is that there are a LOT of reviews that say this is a "family friendly" hotel and it is anything but that. There is nowhere for a family to go to enjoy the hotel. I understand that I should have realized that by booking at a Casino; I'm obviously aware that children are not allowed on the floor, but they also are not welcomed in the restaurants/ sports bars. I know this to be a fact because I asked the concierge and she looked at my like I was an idiot to think I could take my 12 year-old to a restaurant to watch the Texas/Georgia game. I'm only writing this review to help other families from making the same mistake.

No valet, door didn't always lock, ice chest searched for alcohol, didn't get the room checked on 2nd day for towels or replenished, and the annoying high tone/pitch that seemed to last at least 15 to 30 minutes. Try sleeping to that!!!

The room was very nice and clean and the property overall was well-maintained however for the price I was disappointed that the guest aren’t allowed to bring their own alcoholic beverages to their rooms and that the staff were checking coolers it made the stay feel a bit restrictive for the cost. Also it was disappointing that the casino still allows smoking. It defeats the purpose of having non-smoking rooms when the smoke carries through out the property after spending time in the casinos, my clothes, and room smell like smoke, which made me feel sick. If you were going to have non-smoking rooms, it should really be non-smoking across the property. Or have a better filtration system.
