It advertised 8 restaurants, but all but the food court was closed. Their food was below average. Not even a Hard Rock Cafe in the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino!! Pool wasn’t open. Never had my room serviced either.

We stayed in the Cherokee Tower. It was not in good condition. The heater was on at 74 degrees, or off. The temperature could not be adjusted. The shower head barely dribbled water for a shower, and finish on the fixtures were peeling off. It was definitely not worth the price of $250 a night. Very overpriced just because of the Hard Rock name!

It was our first time staying at Hard Rock! We had a great experience. We loved everything! I highly recommend staying! We had a great view and not to mention the rooms were cozy, clean, friendly staff, serene atmosphere and customer service. A big thumbs up!

The bar has no stools to sit. Just a few couches with no waitresses. Have to go to the bar and get in a ling line to order a drink
