Great downtown location. There is no parking, however, valet only. They are very reaponsive and will pull your car as often as you need should you wish to venture outside of the downtown area.

The cookies and the bed are the best. The bad things were, not enough cups, shower sucked ( only one side opened, so had to go in to turn it on). And only had valet parking.

I must say I was disappointed in my stay after paying for a night stay. It took almost 30 min to get me checked into a room because staff was unable to navigate new system. I had to go through a reversal charge issue because I got charged an extra $100, but it did go back on card fairly quick. I was told that I was being accommodated by getting a more up to date renovated room because of my check in waiting experience, but once I got to the room, it not very clean, and the faucet in the bathroom was loose. I had to hold the entire faucet in place to adjust temperature of water. The walls were dirty in certain areas, with drippings still on the walls. The the room was just not very clean at all. The elevator was nasty, and needed to be wiped down, and swept out. I never seen the hotel look like this. This time was experience and stay was defiantly different.

Dirty and Disheveled!

It was absolutely filthy and old. We paid over $600 for a suite and it was disgusting. We ended up leaving and finding another hotel. The carpet was stained, the mirror was spattered with mystery fluids, the sink was dirty, the tile in the bathroom was filthy, and the underside of the bed was falling off! Not well cleaned at all, and not well maintained. Especially for the price.

Drawers were difficult to open and bathroom door would stick and not open easily. Toilet was low and hard to get up and down for a handicap room. Counter was small and blinds didnt close all the way. Handicap room was long walk from elevator. Was not notified there was a restaurant on property.
