A stunning villa with a veranda, garden, barbecue, and private parking, where you can enjoy fantastic sunsets over the gulf. It features spacious areas where guests can relax.
Furnished in a practical style to accommodate travellers from around the world. The villa is strategically located, close to all the most beautiful beaches in the area, and is about 500 metres from the sea. Since it’s situated on a hill, a car is necessary to reach the nearest town, Castelsardo, which is 3 km away.With plenty of sleeping accommodation, this stunning villa is ideal for all types of travellers. There are two beautiful bedrooms equipped with every comfort; each room offers the right amount of privacy. Whether you’re a group of friends or a large family, the affordable price makes it perfect for solo travellers or a couple as well. In the first bedroom, you’ll find a queen-size bed and a single bed; in the other bedroom, there’s another queen-size bed; and in the kitchen area, there’s a very comfortable sofa bed. Both bathrooms feature a shower stall, a full set of bathroom fixtures, and a welcome kit with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There are also various custom-built storage compartments to accommodate your personal belongings.
You’ll have plenty of space at your disposal with maximum comfort.
In addition to towels of various sizes, you’ll find a welcome kit provided by the house. Sheets, blankets, a comforter, and everything you need to make your stay perfect. A very spacious kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, pans, etc. You’ll find tea, coffee, and water—all provided by the house. Smart TV with Wi-Fi. Surrounded by greenery, with a large garden offering panoramic views of the Gulf of Asinara. On the large veranda—featuring a trachyte and wood barbecue—there’s a large table. Traumhafter Ausblick

Seit über 20 Jahren verbringen wir einen Teil unserer Ferien in Italien. Im letzten Jahr, bedingt durch Covid-19 nicht, deswegen war unsere Freude um so größer, endlich wieder reisen zu können. Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht! Wir sind absolute Italien-Fans und mieten immer ein Ferienhaus und dieses gehört definitiv zu den Besten. Es ist, wie auf den Fotos, geschmackvoll und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Das Haus befindet sich in Alleinlage und von der Terrasse hat man einen traumhaften Ausblick aufs Meer und die Insel Asinara. Morgens sieht man die Sonne in den Bergen aufgehen und abends, wie sie im Meer versinkt. Was will man mehr! Eine kleine Bucht mit Fels-und Sandstrand befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir hatten sie während unserer Ferien für uns allein. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in dem kleinen Badeort lu Bagno. Dort gibt es auch fangfrischen Fisch, der dann abends auf dem Grill im Patio zubereitet werden kann. Ebenfalls ein fantastisches Plätzchen. Möchte man die kulinarischen Spezialitäten der Insel genießen, dann gibt es in Castelsardo viele kleine hübsche Restaurants in den verwinkelten Gassen am Castello. Bei Fragen oder Tipps kann man sich jederzeit an Enrico wenden. Enrico ist ein netter, sympathischer, unkomplizierter, perfekter Gastgeber. Die Kontaktaufnahme verlief von Anfang an hervorragend.
