This lovely half of a semi-detached house with a communal swimming pool is situated 4 km from Castelfranco di Sopra, in a commanding panoramic position overlooking the Valdarno in the Balze Nature Reserve.



The property is not privately owned but comprises two separate residential units, each with its own entrance. From the loggia entrance on the first floor, where you can enjoy a magnificent, picturesque view, you enter the living room and kitchen, and the double bedrooms, one of which has a balcony overlooking the valley and a private staircase. Green spaces with a children’s playground are situated below the house. In front of the property is a pergola with a table and chairs, forming a private garden area. Guests also have access to various children’s games, table tennis, volleyball and boccia.



The restaurant area, with a large covered terrace, is situated approximately 100 metres from the house. Here you will find organic produce (wine, olive oil) from the small farm. A little further up is the large swimming pool, where you can sunbathe and admire the relaxing landscape amongst the olive groves. The pool is shared with the other guests at the accommodation. The house is ideally situated for visiting Arezzo (40 km) and its beautiful surroundings, as well as other interesting neighbouring towns such as Florence (40 km), Siena (57 km), the Chianti hills (30 km) and other areas renowned for their fine wines (Via dei Colli Aretini, Setteponti). Part of the access road is narrow (approx. 1.2 km long).
