This was such a wonderful, reasonably priced stay in the heart of Granada, close to the Alahambra! Lots of old world charm! (Frescos on the lobby walls date back to 1500s.) We were upgraded to a “family” room with cathedral ceilings, and added loft space with stairs, bathroom with a tub. Etc. we were comfortable and staff was friendly and helpful. If you’re looking for charming and old world- this is for you.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The person in charge of the reception area, Siam, was helpful and polite. We had breakfast (we paid extra for it), and it was great. The hotel is situated in an excellent area, near the Alhambra, and 5 mns walk from shops. There are plenty of restaurants and coffee places nearby. We definitely recommend this hotel.

Well located hotel with friendly helpful staff, good sized rooms with everthing you need. Building is quite old with lots of character & charm.Misunderstanding re vip status with hotels.com soon sorted out and full size bottle of complimentary fizz given, nice touch (especially as our next hotel in seville, a large 4 star hotel only gave us a mini size bottle between 2 of us!). Breakfast buffet is very good also & well worth extra cost (if not included in your room rate.

The staff was great! They are very professional and friendly. Always happy to help us.We stayed in 2 different rooms as we extended our stay. Both rooms were clean, the only complaint I have was the 2nd room had some items to be fixed like the glass panels on each side of the bed that works as side tables. The hinges of the windows were not locked in so we can close the windows.

The property is old, and I was excited about it, but it is not well maintained, I stayed on room 6, the bathroom has a real awful smell all the time, we kept the door closed to feel it less. The room was also extremely cold. Outside temperatures 40° F. and hotel staff turned off the heater frequently. That place was freezing. Also, on arrival I mentioned my VIP status through Expedia to the front desk guy and he told me that Travel agencies offer things to customers that are not true. Honestly, a real disaster, will never be there again.

This was a booking made just two days in advance. What luck! Hotel was excellent. Clean and comfortable, friendly staff, and interesting/cool interior, as show in the photos. Loved the location. Easy access to busier areas but down a picturesque street. Take a quick walk up the hillside neighborhood for a lookout across from the Alhambra.

Thumb up for a day time staff at reception. Arron is very nice, friendly and helpful. I feel very welcome when walking in the place. I booked two rooms and both were clean and warm. Equipped with all amenities we need. The location is awesome. You can walk to the bus stop in 2 mins. Definitely recommend to stay here if you visit Granada.
