Eric, the young man I checked in with is a jewel! He tolerated my silly questions and got me settled in quite nicely. His dining suggestion was spot on! I never got the a/c to work, but I'm certain that was my failing not theirs.

We loved that the hotel was walking distance to shops and restaurants as well as the most important reason for us, the ruins of Pompei! Nice new hotel with parking and breakfast included.

Good choice

Hotel is on a busy main street in Caserta within walking distance of the Reggia. Clean and modern rooms match hotel's four-star rating. They have their own small gated parking lot behind the hotel, which is a major convenience. Helpful front desk. A couple of good restaurants within short walking distance.

Prenotato una tripla,ci ritroviamo con un letto matrimoniale e un divano letto che abbiamo dovuto aprire,( materasso orribile)chiedere lenzuola e guanciale e per mancanza di personale aggiustarlo da soli. In più la camera era comunicante con altre due,senza nessun tipo di insonorizzazione.... sembrava di essere tutti in un unica stanza..mai più
