There was an off duty employee there who ruined my visit completely. He was rude and smoking late at night with his children in the adult area outdoors. He called me names and continued to be disrespectful. It was Valentine’s Day and I was very disappointed with his behavior. I will never stay at another Hilton because when I asked to leave the place and just go home!? They didn’t want to refund my money. So I was there for the evening with this guy and his guests while they smoked cigarettes in front of kids at 10pm at night and called me racial slurs. It was unbelievable. Hilton has gone downhill for sure Try staying at another Hotel Plus they charge for parking!! Not included in the fees. The only thing going for that place is Rodney at the front desk and Johnathan Both of these staff members are amazing. They were kind and polite to me I appreciated them being able to diffuse the situation with this employee from another location I reached out to Hilton and have not heard from them yet Again I won’t be staying at Hilton in the future. That is the take away.

Room was very good except it took quite some time for the water in the bathroom to get hot. Also there was no heater in the bathroom other than the central air vent. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. The fake scrambled eggs, milk that was left out and not cold, hot sandwiches that were barely warm and dry, etc. Also, the tables were dirty and there was no staff around.

Second time I stayed here with in 6 weeks and it was terrific. Rooms are super clean, breakfast is wonderful and the location couldn't be better as I visit my parents in Marietta. Staff is polite and kind, always willing to help.

THE SERVICE HERE WAS AMAZING. From the time of check in meeting Rodney and his wonderful personality. To Carlos and his vibe. Rooms were warm and spacious. Clean bathroom. Beds comfortable.

Room was good but had to pay for parking which if I had realized before I booked, I would not have chosen this location! Two hotels in one using the same elevator was confusing because you had to use your room key on the correct hotel to get to your floor. Having to use a room key for the elevators was a pain when you had luggage, etc found it easier just to use the stairs than put up with the hassle of the elevator key issue! Breakfast bar had no juices except for orange juice and some awful flavored waters! Will not be staying at this location again!
