We felt the room and facility itself was clean and well kept. However, we had brought our bathing suits in anticipation of going swimming in the indoor pool only to find out that it was closed.when we got there. I guess next time we will call ahead.

I will say, the hotel was clean, staff was helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was great. However, I chose this hotel over several other (more affordable) hotels because hotels.com listed them as having an indoor pool. Upon arrival we discovered that the pool was closed. This was very disappointing, to say the least. I spoke with the manager at the Best Western and she said that had I looked on their website I would have seen that the pool was under renovation. She also told me that hotels.com is supposed to pull that information directly from their website and it should have been listed. I'm feeling very frustrated that I spent an extra $50 to get a hotel room where my kids could go swimming for absolutely no reason.

The elevator was extremely slow. We had bacon one day and wish they would have had it the other days we were there. Pressure in the shower was weak. Staff extremely friendly and hotel was very clean.
