Never again!!
The condition of the entire building was terrible. My room (317) had mold in it. My family and I got sick with 24 hrs of our stay. Lots of mold and mildew smells. Even in the lobby, things aren't clean or well kept. Room appliances would randomly cut off. The refrigerator barely kept things cold. One elevator has a perpetual out of order sign and no obvious sign of attempting to fix it. Breakfast was hardly there and very poor quality when available. One day, when asked about the pancakes, I was told, "the truck didn't come" so there would be no pancakes. Multiple days old boiled eggs sitting in the refrigerator. IHG should be ashamed of the condition.

I have stayed here before it was great but, unknown to me there was a Caffeine and Octane event the weekend I was there. It sounded like I was in the middle of the Indy 500 the entire night, so so loud. I wish I would have been warned before I booked my night stay.

There are people tent living directly outside the chain linked fence of the parking lot. The hotel sits right next to the highway, so if your room is on the backside, you’ll hear the traffic all night. Shampoo bottle in the bathroom was empty, as well as the hand soap bottle by the sink. The tub was dirty upon arrival. The ceilings in the bathroom were cracked and falling apart, most likely because the bathroom doesn’t have an exhaust fan, which if you’re like me and like hot showers, the bathroom will be fogged up. The water pressure was amazing, which I definitely appreciate. The rest of the room looked clean and there were plenty of channels to suit your viewing needs.
